What are EXOSOMES?

What is PDRN ?
Polynucleotides are natural DNA fragments, specifically nucleotide segments with a molecular weight of 50 to 1500 kDa.
Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is isolated from the milt tissue of salmon and is obtained through a multi-stage method and thorough purification. The INCI name is Sodium DNA, often refereed as the “molecule of life”.
The anti-aging mechanism of Sodium DNA involves its role as a donor of purine and pyrimidine, crucial molecules for cell function. It activates the adenosine A2 receptor on fibroblasts, indirectly stimulating cell function and increasing he production of collagen and other components of the extracellular matrix, including hyaluronic acid.
In vitro tests have confirmed the regenerative and photoprotective properties of PDRN (Sodium DNA) on keratinocytes and fibroblasts using a highly purified product.
What is PCL?
Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a resorbable, biocompatible, and biodegradable polymer, that is widely used in aesthetic medicine and biomedicine.
PCL, an aliphatic polyester in the poly-α-hydroxy acid group, was first synthesized in the early 1930s through ring-opening polymerization of the cyclic monomer of caprolactone. It consists of a chain of repeated caprolactone units, with the polymer’s molecular weight determining its degradation time via ester-bond hydrolysis and persistence. PCL is a hydrophobic, semi-crystalline polymer with a glass transition temperature of −60°C and a melting point ranging from 59° to 64°C. It offers better viscoelastic properties than other biodegradable polymers, allowing for various thus easy to manufacture and manipulate, allowing for various structures, such as microspheres, fibers, micelles, films, nanofibers, and foams, etc.
Safety: PCL is biocompatible, with numerous in vitro and in vivo tests, according to state-of-the-art standards, confirming its safety when in contact with human tissues.
