Airless and Convinient Packaging for Professionals and Homecare
The use of airless packaging for homecare creams minimizes the need for preservatives and significantly extends shelf life. Airless packaging prevents contact with air and light, reducing the possibility of bacterial growth by over 90% compared to traditional packaging exposed to air and light. This packaging protects active substances (antioxidants, oils, extracts) from oxidation and prevents emulsion destabilization.
Airless packaging operates on the principle of separating the inner cavity to dispense the contents. As the inner diaphragm moves inside the bottle, it creates pressure, and the contents remain in a vacuum state close to 100%. The product stays sealed in the air chamber until the next pump.
