The Dermacell is a fractional nanoneedling device that provides collagen-inducing therapy with transdermal delivery of active ingredients.
The method of fractional nanoneedling improves the skin’s condition through multiple nanoperforations made with thin needles in the upper layers of the epidermis. This procedure is known by various names: microneedling, fractional micropuncture, fractional microperforation, collagen induction therapy, and nanoporation (transdermal delivery of active ingredients).

The necessary intensity of nanoneedling is achieved through 5 speed settings for the reciprocating movements of the nanoneedles: 4 000, 6 000, 8 000, 9 000, and 10 000 rpm.
Nanoneedles operate using electrical impulses, allowing for softer and more delicate penetration. The feed speed of the needles can be adjusted using a convenient button switch.
Chip with 42 nanoneedles: The area is 25 mm² (5*5), containing 42 needles with a length of 2mm. The chip is recommended for use on the face (if the skin is thick), décolleté, scalp, and hands. It is also suitable for procedures correcting stretch marks and scars.
3D chip: The area is 25mm² (5*5), containing 100 needles(10*10) with a length of 350 µm. The chip is recommended for use on sensitive facial skin, including the periorbital zone along the bone border (eye zone) and the neck.
